What is the process to apply?

You just fill in the 1 minute online form then we will inform you straight away if you have been accepted ok, there is no waiting around as there is no credit check to be done or to be carried out, after you have been accepted you then just enter your personal bank details and also debit card info too so you can repay us and then just sign the form online, no faxing is asked, or posting of forms as well, we will send your cash into your bank account the same day as well. The whole process takes at most 5 minutes so very quick. Some UK banks can take upto 48 hours to accept the bank transfer, please be aware of this when you apply online .


How much do you allow me to borrow?

You can borrow from as little as £80 right upto £750 maximum, this will depend on your present situation when you apply. When you apply we will tell you the how much you can borrow so you will knwo straight away. The charge is a simple £25 per £100 you borrow, thats all. Does having poor credit stop me being accepted?

No you may still apply , we accept most online form applications even if you have low or poor credit too, mortgage and loan arrears are accepted as well , even CCJ's and defaults, we accept over 99% of all people who apply online.



What if I get into problems paying it back?

We know you may have an unexpected money situation which means you are not able to repay your pay day loan back to us on your next pay date as agreed. You will have to repay the charges but we allow you a further month to repay the amount you borrowed from us online, if you feel you may need to defer paying it back to us please get in touch customer service on 0871 550 0076 and we will take each case on its own circumstances.

When is the loan paid back to you?

We take the payment from the debit card you registered when you applied with us on the date of your pay day for the agreed amount you borrowed plus charges, you don't have to do anything else, just make sure you get the correct pay date when applying online in the first instance.

How do I know if I can borrow from you?

To qualify for our payday loan you need to have the following criteria here:

 

  1. Be over 18 years old minimum.
  2. Be in full time employment when you apply.
  3. Take home pay is no less then a £750 figure.
  4. You have a UK bank account and a valid UK debit card with it.

 

What if my personal details change like account or I get a new debit card or new pay date etc?

 

If the date you get paid changes, or you have a new debit card from your bank for your account, then simply contact the customer service dept by calling 0871 550 0076 as soon as you can and they will make the changes to your file for you, the sooner you do this the more chanc of nothing going wrong.

What if I then have trouble with paying the loan back to you on the date agreed?
